Tender Description
The Tubewells Irrigation Division Peshawar, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for installation of solar irrigation tubewells in District Nowshera for the fiscal year 2025-26.
Items being procured:
- Installation of new Solar Irrigation Tubewell at Village Rashkai in District Nowshera (Rs. 3.071 Million)
- Installation of new Solar Irrigation Tubewell at Village Akora Khattak in District Nowshera (Rs. 3.319 Million)
- Installation of new Solar Irrigation Tubewell at Village Jahangira in District Nowshera (Rs. 3.190 Million)
- Installation of new Solar Irrigation Tubewell at Village Zara Maina in District Nowshera (Rs. 3.883 Million)
- Installation of new Solar Irrigation Tubewell at Village Khitab Koruna in District Nowshera (Rs. 3.950 Million)
The scope includes full installation of solar-powered irrigation tubewells at specified villages within Nowshera district. The works require compliance with PEC codes CE-09, EE-11, ME-07, and CE-10. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and provide 2% earnest money in the form of call deposit receipt from scheduled banks. Bank cheques, pay orders, or bank guarantees are not acceptable.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 23-09-2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Tubewell Irrigation Division Peshawar. The last date for bid submission is 29-09-2026 up to 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 01:30 PM the same day in the presence of contractors or their representatives.
All government notifications, rules, and taxes updated from time to time shall apply. Bid security of the first three lowest responsive bidders will be retained until approval by the competent authority. Failure to submit bid security will result in debarment or blacklisting as per KPPRA rules.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid solicitation documents available on www.irrigation.gkp.pk and www.kppra.gov.pk. One practical tip is to ensure timely submission of the original call deposit receipt along with the electronic bid to avoid disqualification.
