Supply and Installation of 6 kW Solar Power Systems at Judicial Complex Kamber and Shahdadkot

The District and Sessions Court, Kamber-Shahdadkot invites bids for the supply and installation of 02 units of 6 kW Solar Power Systems at the Judicial Complexes in Kamber and Shahdadkot, Sindh. This procurement is under the Access to Justice Development Fund and aims to enhance energy sustainability at these judicial facilities. The technical scope includes complete solar power systems with hybrid inverters, Tier-1 Mono PERC solar panels, lithium-ion batteries, distribution boxes, mounting structures, wiring, and installation services. Each system must meet specified standards such as 97% inverter efficiency, 25-year panel performance guarantee, and 5-year battery warranty. Installation, testing, commissioning, and handover are integral parts of the contract. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, possess valid NTN and SRB registrations, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Experience of at least three years with similar projects, valid Electric Inspectorate certification, and a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years are required. Earnest Money of Rs. 86,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 must be submitted as Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Access to Justice Development Fund for District and Sessions Court, Kamber-Shahdadkot. The bid submission deadline is 12th May 2026 at 11:00 A.M. through the SPPRA e-PADS Portal, with bid opening at 11:30 A.M. on the same day at the Office of the Senior Civil Judge, Kamber.
