The District and Sessions Court, Shikarpur is procuring the supply and installation of a 6 kW Hybrid Solar System specifically for the Taluka Courts located in Garhi Yasin, District Shikarpur. Installation will be carried out across multiple courtrooms, offices, and corridors within the Judicial Complex. The system must meet specified standards including a minimum 97% inverter efficiency and 25-year performance warranty on solar panels. Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers, authorized distributors, or service providers with valid Sales Tax registration and must be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. They should have completed at least four similar contracts and possess qualified technical staff. The minimum annual turnover required is PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years.
