Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Chakwal is procuring various advertising and signage boards for public display and promotional purposes in Chakwal city. The procurement includes neon signs, plastic signs, Panaflex signs, Trivision boards, tin boards without light, shop sign boards, shutter advertisements, wall advertisements, and cotton banners and steamers for hanging. This tender is specifically for suppliers and contractors capable of providing high-quality signage materials and installation services.
The technical scope covers the supply and installation of multiple types of signage boards including neon signs, Panaflex boards with and without light, tin boards, shop signs, shutter and wall advertisements, and cotton banners. The work involves fabrication, installation, and maintenance of these advertising materials at various locations within Chakwal. The contract duration is for one year starting from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

The tender requires submission of earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to PKR 1,000,000.
