Sukkur IBA University invites sealed bids from well reputed and experienced firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and tax authorities for the supply and installation of air conditioners at Community College Sehwan, District Jamshoro. The project includes supply and installation of inverter type split air conditioners of various capacities including 4.0 Ton floor standing units, 2.0 Ton, 1.5 Ton, and 1.0 Ton wall mounted split units, complete with copper piping, insulation, condensate drain piping, PVC ducts, and electrical wiring. Items being procured: - 5 units of 4.0 Ton Floor Standing Inverter Air Conditioners (T3 Climate) Gree T-Fresh GF-48TFIH-T3 or equivalent - 8 units of 2.0 Ton Split Inverter Air Conditioners (T3 Climate) Gree Airy Plus GS-24AITH21W-T3 or equivalent - 3 units of 1.5 Ton Split Inverter Air Conditioners (T3 Climate) Gree Airy Plus GS-18AITH21W-T3 or equivalent - 1 unit of 1.0 Ton Split Inverter Air Conditioner (T3 Climate) Gree Airy Plus GS-12AITH21W-T3 or equivalent - Installation of all above units - Supply and installation of copper pipes with 3/4" thick K-Flex insulation - Supply and installation of condensate drain piping with UPVC and insulation - Supply and installation of Adam Jee PVC ducts for exposed areas - Supply and installation of electrical cables and wiring including motor control centers The technical scope includes provision of T3 tropicalized compressors suitable for high ambient temperatures up to 52°C, copper coil condensers and evaporators, inverter technology for energy efficiency, and comprehensive warranties including 10 years compressor warranty and 5 years on PCB, coils, refrigerant, and parts. Installation includes piping, insulation, electrical wiring, testing, commissioning, and training of client operators. Bidders must be PEC registered in category C-6 or above with specialization codes ME-01 and EE-11(vi), hold valid electric inspector license from Govt. of Sindh (Hyderabad Region), and be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board. A bid security of Rs. 150,000 in the form of pay order/demand draft is required. The contract duration is 120 days.
