Tender Description
Sukkur IBA University invites bids for the supply and installation of air conditioners at SSTEC Bhan Saeedabad, District Dadu. This tender covers the complete HVAC works including supply of inverter type split air conditioners of various capacities, installation, testing, commissioning, and related electrical and piping works. Items being procured:
- 4.0 Ton Floor Standing Inverter Air Conditioner (4 units)
- 2.0 Ton Split Inverter Air Conditioner (6 units)
- 1.5 Ton Split Inverter Air Conditioner (1 unit)
- 1.0 Ton Split Inverter Air Conditioner (1 unit)
- Supply and installation of copper pipes with insulation (various sizes and lengths)
- Installation of condensate drain piping with insulation
- Supply and installation of PVC ducts for exposed areas
- Supply and installation of electrical cables and wiring for the system
The technical scope includes provision of T3 tropicalized inverter AC units suitable for high ambient temperatures up to 52°C, with comprehensive manufacturer warranties including 10 years compressor warranty and 5 years on other parts. Installation includes piping, insulation, electrical wiring, and commissioning as per specifications. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with relevant electrical specializations, hold valid licenses from Electric Inspector Sindh, and be registered with FBR and SRB. An earnest money pay order of Rs. 150,000 is required. The contract duration is 120 days from commencement. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS portal by 03:00 PM on November 10, 2026, with original bid security delivered to the Project Director's office before the deadline. Bidders are advised to verify their bid submission status on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
