Supply and Installation of Air Conditioners at SSTEC Bhan Saeedabad and SSTEC Sehwan

Sukkur IBA University invites bids for the supply and installation of air conditioners at two locations: SSTEC Bhan Saeedabad and SSTEC Sehwan, both situated in Sukkur, Sindh. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialized codes EE-11(vi) for General Electrical works and ME-01. Valid licenses from the Electric Inspector for Electrical Works (Hyderabad Region) are required, along with registration with Income Tax and applicable Sales Tax authorities. Bidders must demonstrate an average annual turnover over the last five years equal to or exceeding the estimated cost. An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring no litigation, blacklisting, or corrupt practices is mandatory. Bid security in the form of a pay order, deposit at call, demand draft, or bank guarantee must be in favor of Sukkur IBA University. Bidding documents can be obtained and submitted electronically via EPADS between October 21, 2026, and November 10, 2026. The bid submission deadline is 3:00 PM on November 10, 2026, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day. No negotiations will be permitted, and the procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPP Rules 2010 (Amended).
