The site is the old building of CPSP Regional Centre Multan, located opposite the circuit house on District Jail Road. The tender documents are available at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 1000 from various CPSP offices including the headquarters in Karachi, regional centres in Lahore and Islamabad, and the Multan centre itself.
