Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Business and High Performance Laptops and A3 Monochrome Digital Multifunction Photocopier

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission (KP HCC), an autonomous regulatory body established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for regulation of public and private healthcare establishments, invites bids from eligible firms and suppliers through EPADS for the supply, installation, and commissioning of specific IT and office equipment in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Category 1: Business Laptop (04 Units) with Intel Core i5, 12th Generation processor, 14-inch Full HD IPS Anti-Glare display, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD, OEM Windows 11 Pro, 3 years OEM warranty, power adapter, carrying bag, optical mouse - Category 2: High Performance Business Laptop (02 Units) with Intel Core i5, 13th Generation processor, 14-inch Full HD IPS Anti-Glare display, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD, OEM Windows 11 Pro, 3 years OEM warranty, power adapter, carrying bag, optical mouse - A3 Monochrome Digital Multifunction Photocopier (01 Unit) with print, copy, scan, network scan/email functions, 25 pages per minute print speed (A4), 2 GB RAM, 1,200-sheet paper capacity, automatic duplex printing, 3 years OEM warranty including installation and testing The technical scope includes supplying genuine OEM products with comprehensive on-site warranty and installation at the KP HCC office. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA, FBR, and other relevant government authorities. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with the KPPRA Act and Rules. Bidding documents are available for download from EPADS, KPPRA, and KP HCC websites. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday 14/09/2026 at 11:00 AM at the KP HCC office. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS no later than 21/09/2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. For bidders, ensure timely registration on EPADS and prepare all required documents including Earnest Money and technical specifications compliance. Early submission is advised to avoid last-minute technical issues.
