The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites qualified suppliers to participate in the procurement for supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of OT table orthopaedic and urology accessories. This procurement is for Package No. 6, Lot-B on DDP basis for the establishment of a 300-bedded District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital in Mianwali. Items being procured: - OT Table Orthopaedic Accessories - OT Table Urology Accessories The scope includes delivery of high-quality medical accessories suitable for operating theatre use, installation at the hospital site, commissioning to ensure full operational functionality, and ongoing maintenance support. The project site is the new DHQ Hospital in Mianwali, Punjab. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and standards required for medical equipment. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in relevant categories, active FBR registration, and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as per tender documents is mandatory.
