Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Urodynamic System for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a Urodynamic System (Package No. 46) on DDP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research located in Lahore. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules 2014 (amended). Items being procured: - Urodynamic System (Package No. 46) The scope includes full supply, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of the urodynamic system at the specified cancer treatment institute. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and provide after-sales support as per contract terms. Eligible bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) method under Open Competitive Bidding rules. The bid security amount is Rs. 222,781.00, and bids remain valid for 180 days. Proposals must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by the deadline of 27th October 2026 at 02:30 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM. Any proposals submitted outside the e-Procurement portal will not be considered. If the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
