Tender Description

The Agro Food Processing Facilities in Multan is procuring the supply, installation, and commissioning of a PFI 700KVAR Power Factor system along with allied works. This comprehensive project includes the provision of electrical cables, panels, capacitors, power factor controllers, copper wiring, and civil works as per national and international standards. The scope covers design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and testing to ensure the system operates at the specified capacity with full compliance to NEPRA standards and safety regulations. The technical scope involves supplying high-quality materials such as 99.99% pure copper cables and thimbles, Schneider and Chint electrical components, and a complete panel enclosure made of powder-coated MS sheet. The contractor is responsible for all civil works related to the installation and must ensure all safety and protection measures are observed to avoid mishaps. The project site is located at Plot# 30-33, Industrial Estate Phase II, Multan. Eligible bidders must be duly registered with valid NTN, STRN, and active FBR tax status, not blacklisted by any government or private entity, and have a minimum annual turnover of PKR 3 million. Experience in similar projects and submission of relevant documents such as audited accounts and tax returns for the last financial year are mandatory. The technical bid will be evaluated on experience, project completion, financial strength, and qualified manpower. The deadline for bid submission is 12:00 PM on June 4, 2026, at the office of the Chief Executive Officer, Agro Food Processing Facilities, Multan.
