Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of TV Lab Equipment with Existing Equipment

Sindh Madressatul Islam University (SMIU), Karachi, is procuring advanced TV lab equipment including supply, installation, commissioning, and testing with existing equipment. This procurement is specific to Karachi and involves high-end TV studio cameras, batteries, chargers, tripods, video editing systems, memory cards, and card readers. The technical scope covers equipment such as 4K cameras with XAVC recording formats, lithium batteries compatible with OEM factory cameras, aluminum tripods, Dell or HP video editing systems with Intel 14th Gen processors, NVIDIA GPUs, and high-speed memory cards and readers. Eligible bidders must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, with completion certificates for at least three similar work orders. Annual turnover should be a minimum of PKR 3 million for the last three financial years. Valid and active registration with Income Tax, Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and GST authorities is mandatory. Certification of SNTN/NTN and an affidavit on stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted are also required. The tender submission deadline is Thursday, 14th May 2026 by 2:30 pm. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal, with original bid security and tender fee instruments physically delivered to the Directorate of Works and Services, SMIU, Karachi before the deadline.
