Tender Description
The Material Management department of Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites bids for the supply, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) devices on distribution transformers along with allied materials and services. This procurement is specific to Peshawar city in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and is planned for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured:
- APMS for 200 KVA transformers (72 units)
- APMS for 100 KVA transformers (91 units)
- APMS for 50 KVA transformers (50 units)
- APMS for 25 KVA transformers (34 units)
- 300 mm² Low Voltage PVC Insulated Single Core AL Cable (4320 meters)
- 185 mm² Low Voltage PVC Insulated Single Core AL Cable (5460 meters)
- 120 mm² Low Voltage PVC Insulated Single Core AL Cable (3000 meters)
- 70 mm² Low Voltage PVC Insulated Single Core AL Cable (2040 meters)
- PG connectors for 300 mm² AL Cable (576 units)
- PG connectors for 185 mm² AL Cable (728 units)
- PG connectors for 120 mm² AL Cable (400 units)
- PG connectors for 70 mm² AL Cable (272 units)
- Complete installation of APMS including all ancillaries and incidental materials (247 jobs)
The technical scope includes compliance with PPMC-DS-01:2026 specifications, prototype approval requirements, and delivery within 45 days of purchase order issuance. The APMS devices must integrate with MDC hardware installed at PESCO and PITC data centers, support secure 4G/2G communication modules approved by PTA, and ensure data security and encryption as per DLMS/COSEM standards. Installation involves proper earthing, adherence to safety protocols, and coordination with PESCO operations for shutdown scheduling. The supplier must provide training to PESCO officials and ensure smooth integration with external data management systems.
Eligibility requires valid FBR registration, no blacklisting, prior experience or extended warranty acceptance, and prototype approval. Key dates include bid submission by August 12, 2026, 10:00 AM via EPADS v2.0, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Bidders must submit bid security physically before the deadline to the PESCO procurement office in Peshawar.
