Tender Description
The Punjab Auqaf Organization Lahore invites bids for multiple construction and renovation works under a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The procurement is governed by PPRA 2014 rules and includes technical and financial bids to be submitted separately.
Items being procured:
- Revamping of Hospital and Purchase of Medical Equipment at Data Darbar Hospital, Lahore (CIV Work)
- Roof Replacement and Renovation of Jamia Masjid Kaanchri Bazar, Faisalabad
- Construction of Boundary Wall, Public Amenities Works and Renovation of Shrine Hazrat Sadhan Jawan, Hesar Sheikh, Chiniot (Phase-I)
- Construction of Masjid at Shrine Hazrat Pir Wars Shah, Jandiala Sher Khan, District Sheikhupura
- Repair of Shops at Mouza Lukran attached to Waqf Imam Bargah Hussaina, Muzaffargarh
- Construction of Boundary Wall and Courtyard Flooring at Shrine Hazrat Karam Elahi, known as (Kanwan Wali Sarkari), Gujrat
- Renovation / Up-gradation of Quran Gallery at Badshahi Masjid, Lahore (Civil Work)
- Repair / Renovation of Jamia Masjid Ghala Mandi, Vehari
The works involve civil construction, boundary walls, roofing, renovation of religious and public buildings, and purchase of medical equipment. Bidders must be registered with PEC in relevant categories and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money of 2% to 5% of the estimated cost is required as per item.
The bids must be submitted by 12 October 2026 at 02:00 PM to the Engineering Directorate, Punjab Auqaf Organization, 3rd Floor, Aiwan-e-Auqaf, Near Lahore High Court, Mall, Lahore. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM. Bidders should ensure their bids comply with all PPRA rules and submission guidelines.
