Rehabilitation and Improvement of Streets in Multiple Areas of Lahore

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids for the rehabilitation and improvement of streets in various areas of Lahore under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The works include comprehensive street rehabilitation and improvement in the following locations: - Rehabilitation and Improvement of Streets in Mohmmod Booti / Christian Colony, Lahore - Rehabilitation and Improvement of Streets in Hari Har Village and Surrounding Area, Kasur - Rehabilitation and Improvement of Streets in Sanda / Nijaat Purra, Lahore - Rehabilitation and Improvement of Streets in Badami Bagh, Lahore - Rehabilitation and Improvement of Streets in Christian Area Ravi Town, Lahore - Rehabilitation and Improvement of Roads PCC / Sewer / Tuff Tiles at Christian Area in Cham Mian, Lahore - Rehabilitation and Improvement of Roads PCC / Sewer / Tuff Tiles at Christian Area in Bhagatpura, Lahore - Rehabilitation and Improvement of Streets in Christian Area Sharif Pura G.T. Road, Lahore - Rehabilitation and Improvement of Streets in Christian Area Issa Nagr, Lahore - Rehabilitation and Improvement of Roads PCC / Sewer / Tuff Tiles at Christian Area in Kot Khawaja Saeed, Lahore - Renovation / Addition / Alteration of Living Water Presbyterian Church, Qadewala, Kasur - Rehabilitation and Improvement of Roads PCC / Sewer / Tuff Tiles at Christian Area in Basti Wassanpura, Lahore The scope covers civil works including road surface rehabilitation, sewer and drainage improvements, and installation of tuff tiles. Contractors must be registered with Punjab e-Procurement System, hold a valid PEC License in the relevant category (C-3 & Above, C-4 & Above, or C-5 & Above as specified per lot), and be active taxpayers with NTN and PNTN. Earnest Money and Bid Security are required as per the estimated cost for each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by the deadline of 29-10-2026 at 09:30 am, with technical bids opening the same day at 10:00 am.
