Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of CT Simulator (64-Slices) Inclusive of Accessories for Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad

Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad invites e-Bids from already prequalified firms registered on Punjab e-procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities under Annual Development Program (ADP) Scheme for the procurement, supply, installation, commissioning & maintenance of the following equipment and machinery separately. Items being procured: - CT Simulator (64-Slices) Inclusive of Accessories The procurement involves supply and installation of advanced medical equipment at Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad. Bidders must be registered and compliant with FBR and Punjab procurement regulations. The technical scope includes full commissioning and maintenance of the CT Simulator. Bidding documents in English are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-procurement portal. e-Bids must be submitted online on or before 15.10.2026 (Thursday) at 11:00 AM via Punjab e-procurement System. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Hard copies are not required. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30.09.2026 (Wednesday) at 11:00 AM at the committee room of Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting will be uploaded as addendum. Earnest Money (Bid Security) is 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 3,872,000). The procuring agency is not responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in preparation or submission of bids. In case of official holiday on bid opening day, the next day will be treated as opening date. Bidders are advised to register early on the Punjab e-procurement portal to avoid last-minute issues and ensure timely submission of bids.
