Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 02 Nos of Diesel Generator for CIT Bahawalpur and CIT Rawalpindi (60 KVA Each)

The Local Government & Community Development Department Punjab, through its Project Coordination Unit (PCU) under the Developing Resilient Environment and Advancing Municipal Services, PHASE-1 (DREAMS-I) project, invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 02 Nos of Diesel Generators (60 KVA each) for CIT Bahawalpur and CIT Rawalpindi. The procurement is conducted under the Shopping Method using Asian Development Bank (ADB) Procurement Guidelines. Items being procured: - Diesel Generator for CIT Bahawalpur (60 KVA) - Diesel Generator for CIT Rawalpindi (60 KVA) The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the diesel generators at the specified CIT locations. Bidders must be authorized distributors or suppliers capable of providing these generators with full compliance to technical and quality standards. Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents (Form of Quotation) immediately from the office of the Director (Procurement & Contracts), Project Coordination Unit (PCU), DREAMS, Local Government & Community Development Department upon submission of a written application. Sealed bids must be delivered to the same office on or before Monday, 21st September 2026 at 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the PCU office located at 58 / C-III, Gulberg III, Lahore. Bidders are required to submit their best and final prices in the prescribed Form of Quotation format. Non-compliant, incomplete, or late bids will be rejected. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules, and NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided with the bid. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission and proper sealing of bids to avoid rejection.
