Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Drive-In / Drive-Through Pallet Racking System at Shershah Depot Warehouse

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a Drive-In / Drive-Through Pallet Racking System at its Shershah Depot Warehouse located in Shershah, Multan, Punjab. This procurement aims to enhance palletized storage density and improve inventory handling and safety at the facility. Items being procured: - 600 Steel Racks (pallet positions) for Drive-In / Drive-Through Pallet Racking System The scope includes site survey, structural design and engineering, manufacture and supply of all racking components including uprights, beams, rails, arms, bracing, base plates, connectors, and safety accessories. The contractor will be responsible for transportation, delivery, offloading, installation, anchoring to the floor slab, alignment, load testing, and commissioning of the system. Safety accessories such as column protectors, end-of-aisle guards, safety pins, and load capacity signage must be installed. Minor civil works like grouting or floor patching at anchor points are also included. The system must comply with recognized international standards such as FEM, EN, RMI, SEMA, ASTM, ISO 9001, and the Building Code of Pakistan seismic provisions. The design must accommodate forklift and high-reach truck operations with specified clearances and load capacities. Warranty of at least 12 months and after-sales support with spare parts availability for five years are mandatory. Bidders must have valid ISO 9001 certification and provide all required test certificates and quality assurance documentation. Installation must be performed by certified personnel under qualified supervision, adhering to PSO's health, safety, and environmental regulations. The facility is an enclosed pre-engineered building with an approximate footprint of 97 ft x 57 ft. The pallet racking system will provide 600 pallet positions using plastic pallets of nominal size 1100 mm x 1100 mm and design load of 800 kg per pallet.
