Tender Description
The Directorate General of Archaeology, Government of The Punjab invites e-Bids through ePADS from eligible bidders registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, FBR, and PRA (Active Taxpayers) having demonstrable experience in the supply, installation, and commissioning of electrical equipment/appliances to public or private sector organizations in Lahore.

- Purchase of Furniture for Bhara Railway Station
This procurement involves the supply and installation of electrical appliances and equipment for the Bhara Auditorium, ensuring all items meet the required technical standards and are suitable for the venue's needs. Additionally, furniture is to be purchased for the Bhara Railway Station, focusing on quality and durability.
Eligible bidders must be registered with SECP, FBR, and PRA, and have relevant experience. Bid security amounts are PKR 180,000 for the electrical appliances and PKR 300,000 for the furniture supply. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA rules 2014 (amended).
The technical and financial bids must be submitted online at ep.punjab.gov.pk by the deadline of 12th August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 12th August 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bidders should ensure their bids are complete and accompanied by the required CDR/Bank Guarantee in favor of the Director General Archaeology, submitted physically at 60-A, Garden Block, Garden Town, Lahore before the bid opening time.
