Contractors must hold a valid PEC Category C-6 or above certificate in the relevant field of specialization to participate. Bid documents can be collected and submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba portal from 19 August 2026 until 3 September 2026. The bid submission deadline is 3 September 2026 at 2:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 3:00 PM onwards. Commercial bid opening date and time will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders only. Interested suppliers should upload a scanned copy of the duly signed and stamped request on official letterhead to the SAP Ariba portal, mentioning Tender Documents Collection Request along with the tender number and relevant delivery period and product.
