Supply and Installation of Furniture and Wood Work at Al-Aziz Plaza Bela Noor Shah and Apex Tower Gharipan Chowk Muzaffarabad

The Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir in Muzaffarabad invites sealed technical and financial bids from reputed firms and contractors for the project titled Supply and Installation of Furniture and Wood Work at Al-Aziz Plaza Bela Noor Shah and Apex Tower Gharipan Chowk Muzaffarabad. This procurement is aimed at acquiring quality furniture and woodwork services to enhance the facilities at these prominent locations within Muzaffarabad. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of furniture - Wood work at Al-Aziz Plaza Bela Noor Shah - Wood work at Apex Tower Gharipan Chowk The scope includes complete supply and installation of furniture and woodwork as per the specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Interested bidders must have adequate experience in similar projects and valid registration with FBR/CBR. Bidding documents can be inspected and obtained from the Establishment Section at the Bank's Head Office, Sardar Nazir Plaza Gojra Bypass Muzaffarabad, upon submission of a written application on company letterhead and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 in the form of CDR or banker's cheque. Bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope clearly marked Technical and Financial Bids, delivered via courier or registered mail by November 13, 2026, up to 11:30 AM. No hand-delivered bids will be accepted. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the Committee Room of the Bank in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A bid security of Rs. 450,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt from Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir or any scheduled bank (not pay order) is mandatory. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 6, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the Committee Room of the Bank's Head Office. Financial bids must include all applicable taxes. Valid NTN/GST registration certificates must be submitted with the technical bid. Joint ventures are not accepted; firms must apply independently. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with AJK PPRA rules. For bidders, ensure your bid security is properly prepared and submitted on time.
