Tender Description

Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) Quetta invites reputable suppliers to participate in the procurement of furniture for its Sub Campus located in Zhob. This tender covers the supply, installation, and commissioning of various furniture items including 3-seater and 2-seater desks, sliding white boards, digital smart rostrum, wooden study tables, visitor chairs, library book racks, reception counters, computer racks, revolving chairs, student beds with mattresses, sofas, dining tables and chairs, theatre seats, VIP chairs, floor standing air conditioners, executive stage tables, office tables with drawers, side racks, workstations, meeting tables, smart study tables, and steel visitor chairs. The scope includes safe transportation, installation, and making all items fully operational at the designated location in Zhob. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and provide a 2% earnest money bid security. Experience in similar supply projects and compliance with technical specifications are mandatory. The tender follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. The technical bid will be opened on June 2, 2026, at 3:30 pm in the Meeting Room, Jinnah Hall, BUITEMS, Quetta. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently. Bidders should ensure submission of all required documents including company profile, tax registrations, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and bid security affidavit. The furniture must be delivered in installed and workable condition within 90 days of contract award. Warranty of one year is required along with post-warranty service commitments.
