Supply and Installation of 03 Units of 08 KW Hybrid Solar Power Systems (Off-Grid)

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Chiniot invites E-bids for the supply and installation of hybrid solar power systems under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 with all up-to-date amendments. This tender is open to well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Items being procured: - Installation of 03 Units of 08 KW Hybrid Solar Power Systems (Off-Grid) The scope includes the complete installation of hybrid solar power systems off-grid, each unit rated at 08 KW, to be installed at the session court in Chiniot, sub divisions Lalian and Bhowana. The contractor must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and standards as per PEC category C-6 and above. Joint ventures are allowed provided the lead partner is registered in the required PEC category and other members have PEC registration. Bidders must submit bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement system at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, Rs.281,531, payable through the E-Procurement System, and a PSID Paid challan must be attached. The successful bidder will also deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value through the same system. Bids must be uploaded, signed, and stamped before the closing date of 12.11.2026 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Manual rates are not acceptable. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. The successful supplier must complete installation within 15 days of purchase order issuance.
