Hybrid Solarization (Off-Grid) of Completed Ladies' Bar Rooms at Tehsil Headquarters Darya Khan and Kallur Kot, District Bhakkar

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Bhakkar invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the Hybrid Solarization (Off-Grid) of Completed Ladies' Bar Rooms at Tehsil Headquarters Darya Khan and Kallur Kot, District Bhakkar. This procurement is divided into two lots with a combined estimated cost of Rs. 37,53,750/- and a bid security of Rs. 1,87,686/-. The lots are: - Lot-01: Provision, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 08-kW Hybrid Solar (Off-Grid) System (1 x 08-kW) for the Completed Ladies' Bar Room at Tehsil Headquarters Darya Khan - Lot-02: Provision, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 08-kW Hybrid Solar (Off-Grid) System (1 x 08-kW) for the Completed Ladies' Bar Room at Tehsil Headquarters Kallur Kot The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the hybrid solar systems at the specified sites. Bidders must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 & above with the relevant specialization code, be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System, and have active status for Income Tax (FBR) and Sales Tax (PRA). Additionally, bidders must have at least five years of experience and two completed solar PV installation projects in the last five years. All bids (Technical & Financial) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 12-11-2026 till 11:45 A.M. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:15 P.M. at the Meeting Room of the District & Sessions Judge, Bhakkar. Bidders are advised to submit a copy of the receipt of online payment of the 5% Bid Security along with their Technical Bid. The bids shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
