Supply and Installation of In-Store Branding Tools for Hi-Street Lubricant Stores

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified vendors for the supply and installation of in-store branding tools for its Hi-Street Lubricant Stores across 14 divisions including Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Lahore, Multan, Sahiwal, DIK, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Peshawar, Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, and Quetta. Items being procured: - Cash Counter (14 units) with 3D logo, wooden MDF body, tempered glass top, and PSO branding - Unlit Cash Counter (26 units) with wooden MDF body and UV printed PSO logo - Wall Branding (4000 sq ft) made with 3mm foam board and printed vinyl - Product Racks (70 units) made with MS angle and powder coated paint - Shelf Talkers (140 units) made with PVC, 4" height x 36" length - Pelmet Graphic (70 units) made with MS iron frame and flex printing - Carient Gandola (20 units) wooden with vinyl branding - Blaze Gandola (40 units) wooden with vinyl branding - Shelf Unit (70 units) wooden with LED strip light and vinyl branding - Counter Top (70 units) wooden with acrylic and LED strip lighting - Shop Paint (14,000 sq ft) acrylic emulsion painting with primer and putty - Backlit Pole Sign (8 units) MS pipe framing with LED TL lighting - 3 Seater Sofa (12 units) stainless steel frame with blue rexin cushions - 2 Seater Sofa (14 units) stainless steel frame with blue rexin cushions - Table (15 units) center table with wooden top and MS iron bar base - Poster Frame (14 units) white square metal frame with foam board - Shade Sign (2100 sq ft) iron pipe frame with frontlit branding The scope includes supply, transportation, installation, repair, and maintenance for 2 years. Vendors must conduct site recce, take measurements, and submit mock-ups for approval. Installation requires signed agreements from shop owners and PSO sales managers. Partial payments allowed; security deposit returned after contract completion. Vendors must comply with all laws and PSO standards including HSE and quality requirements. Penalties apply for delays beyond agreed schedule. This turnkey project will be awarded to a single vendor who must ensure quality materials and workmanship. PSO reserves the right to inspect and withhold payments for non-compliance. The life of branding tools must be at least 2 years without fading. Interested bidders should submit sealed bids by **30 October 2026**. Earnest money and all applicable taxes must be included in the quoted rates. Vendors should be registered with FBR and on ATL. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
