Supply and Installation of IT Equipment and General Items for Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence for ECE Lahore

Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence for Early Childhood Education (NSCoE) Lahore invites sealed tenders from Income Tax and General Sales Tax / Punjab Sales Tax registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, firms, and individuals for the supply and installation of IT Equipment and General Items for Classrooms within 15 days. Items being procured: - IT Equipment - General Items The procurement includes supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of IT Equipment and General Items for government, semi-government, autonomous, educational, or reputable private sector organizations. Documentary evidence such as purchase/work orders, completion certificates, delivery challans, or client references must be submitted. Bids without adequate or verifiable proof of experience will be considered non-responsive. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System by 18.09.2026 till 11:00 am. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted separately in a single stage-two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 38-2(a). A bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Draft in the name of 'Children Library Complex Subscription' is mandatory. The financial bid without bid security will be rejected as non-responsive. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning any reason. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am through eP (E-procuring) in the presence of bidders.
