Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Laboratory Equipment for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment on a DAP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research located in Lahore. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab e-Procurement System and regulated by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Items being procured: - Laboratory Equipment Package No. 19, Lot-D - Centrifuge Machine The scope includes delivery, installation, and ongoing maintenance of the centrifuge machine and associated laboratory equipment at the specified cancer treatment institute. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and provide a comprehensive maintenance plan. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, possess a valid NTN and FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, and submit a bid security of Rs. 1,260,000. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) method under Open Competitive Bidding rules. The last date for submission of proposals is 28th September 2026 by 03:30 PM, with technical proposals opening at 04:00 PM on the same day via the Punjab e-Procurement portal. In case of a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. Proposals submitted through any other means than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be accepted.
