The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites eligible bidders to submit proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment specifically for cryopreservation at the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research in Lahore. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) method under Open Competitive Bidding. Bid validity is 180 days. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 19th November 2026, no later than 02:30 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM. Any proposals received through other means will not be considered. If the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
