Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have active tax filer status. Prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees with GST indicated separately. The bids are valid for 90 days and extendable for 30 days. A 3% bid security of the total estimated price must be submitted online. E-Bids are invited on a lot basis and must be submitted separately for each lot through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
