Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi invites sealed E-Bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the supply and installation of Monolith Towers at PSO Retail Outlets.
Items being procured:
- Supply and Installation of Monolith Towers at PSO Retail Outlets
The technical scope includes the complete supply and installation of monolith towers at various PSO retail locations. Bidders must have relevant experience in similar works and demonstrate financial strength to undertake the project. The bidding procedure is Single Stage - Two Envelope, ensuring technical and financial bids are submitted separately.
Interested parties must submit scanned requests for tender documents on official letterhead via SAP Ariba Portal, including valid NTN, GST Certificate, CNIC of owner or authorized representative, and proof of active tax payer status. Vendors without Ariba Network ID are requested to register on the SAP Ariba Portal to participate.
Tender documents collection is open from 31st August 2026 to 15th September 2026, 08:30 AM to 02:15 PM. Bid submission deadline is 15th September 2026 till 02:15 PM, with bid opening at 03:00 PM onwards. Commercial bid opening date and time will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders only.
