Tender Description
The Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir Physical Planning & Housing Department invites bids for the supply and installation of new machinery for a proposed tube well in Mirpur. This procurement is managed by the Executive Engineer PPH Public Health Engineering Division-II Mirpur. The tender is open to all eligible bidders who meet the specified criteria and are registered with the relevant authorities.

The technical scope includes the complete supply and installation of machinery as per the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. The project completion period is six months from the date of contract award. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and above and possess the specialized code ME/07/EE/10. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 15.870 million.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the FBR and have a valid Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Bidders must also provide earnest money or bid security amounting to 0.5% of the estimated cost. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Azad Jammu & Kashmir or Pakistan. Bidders must upload their technical and financial bids complete in all respects on the e-bidding system within 48 hours after opening the technical bids.
