Tender Description
The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids for the supply and installation of On Grid or Hybrid On-Grid Solar Systems under the BOP Staff Solar Finance Scheme. This procurement is based in Lahore and aims to enhance energy efficiency through solar technology.

Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 02-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be paid digitally via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted should include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids.
This tender is conducted under a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process. Bids must be uploaded only through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any costs incurred in bid submission. Customers can file complaints via SBP's Sunwai service.
