Supply and Installation of Servers at PSO House Karachi

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites prequalification applications from eligible manufacturers and suppliers for the supply and installation of enterprise servers at PSO House or other designated locations in Karachi. This procurement is managed by the Pakistan State Oil Company Limited ICT Department and is open to national applicants who meet the eligibility criteria. Items being procured: - Enterprise Servers including hardware components such as hard disks, memory modules, processors, power supplies, network interface cards (NICs), and accessories - Installation and commissioning services including Operating System installation and configuration The scope includes delivery, physical verification of all server components against purchase order specifications, replacement of any defective or missing parts at no additional cost, and final acceptance after successful installation and OS-level validation. The vendor must ensure compliance with PSO HSE guidelines during delivery and installation. Delivery locations include PSO Head Office, LMT Korangi, or other PSO designated sites in Karachi. The procurement will be conducted under an Open Framework Agreement for a period of three years with call-off contracts issued as per business requirements. Eligibility requirements include valid NTN and GST certificates, active tax payer status, no blacklisting by PSO or other firms, minimum five years affiliation as a Gold Partner with the server manufacturer, and a structured help desk for support and escalation. Bidders must demonstrate experience with enterprise servers in at least three public or private companies over the last five years, with references and purchase orders for servers featuring Intel Gold or Platinum processors and minimum 256GB memory.
