Tender Description
Sindh Bank Limited invites E-bids for the Supply & Installation of Solar Hybrid PV System Parts & Accessories for its branches across Pakistan, primarily based in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement includes original and genuine items strictly meeting the specified technical standards. Items being procured:
- Solar Panels Tier-I Mono PERC or Equivalent 585W Tier 1 Half Cut with High Quality Back Sheet (5 year warranty)
- Hybrid Inverter Lithium Supported, 2 x 5KW Rated Output Power (2 year warranty)
- MTTP Charge Controller 4000 Watts each / 8000 Watts or higher (1 year warranty)
- L2 Frame-Galvanising Elevated Solar Panel Mounting Structure (on need basis)
- Electrical Work including AC Breaker In/Out 32 AMP, DC Breaker In/Out 63 AMP, DB with Selector 63 AMP (4 qty), Battery Breaker 63 AH (2 qty), JB with Bus Bar
The scope covers supply, installation, and commissioning at various Sindh Bank branches nationwide, with payment based on actual supplied quantities. The bank will not be responsible for quantity variations. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board. PEC registration is required if applicable. Earnest Money in the form of 5% Bid Security of the estimated cost is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System (EPADS) by 03 September 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day at Sindh Bank Ltd Head Office, Karachi.
Eligibility criteria include NTN, GST, SRB registration, minimum years in business, client list, and financial turnover. Bidders must submit all required documents and affidavits. The contract includes a 5-year warranty on panels and 2 years on inverters. Performance security of 5% of contract price is required. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on a national competitive bidding basis. The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
