Procurement of Gen Store, Training Grants, Electronics, Stationery, Solar System, Renovation and Construction Material for FY 2026/2027

Headquarters Army Air Defence Command in Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed and authorized dealers for the supply, repair, and services of a diverse range of items and works for the financial year 2026/2027. This procurement covers a broad scope of requirements essential for operational and training needs. Items being procured: - Gen Store items - All type of Annual Training Grants - Electric, IT Store all Type & Electronics - Stationary items, Training items & Gym Eqpts - Miscellaneous Trg aid items - Repair / Maintenance of Training Facilities - Solar System / fitting & Fixture of Solar / PV Module etc - Renovation Items - Construction Material Suppliers are expected to provide high-quality materials and services as per the specifications required by the department. The technical scope includes supply and installation of electronics, IT equipment, solar systems, gym equipment, and construction materials, as well as repair and maintenance of training facilities and renovation works. Firms must be registered with sales/income tax authorities and should be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Experience in similar government supply contracts will be an advantage. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements, if any, should be confirmed directly with the department. The deadline for submission of sealed quotations is **03 Sep 2026 at 0930 hours** at the office of HQ Army Air Defence Command, Rawalpindi. Bids will be opened the same day at 1100 hours.
