SLA for Maintenance of LAN Infrastructure Equipment at Pakistan Airports Authority HQ

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the maintenance of LAN Infrastructure Equipment at its Headquarters in Karachi for a period of one year. This procurement is aimed at ensuring uninterrupted and efficient operation of the IT network infrastructure critical to PAA's daily operations. Items being procured: - Maintenance services for LAN Infrastructure Equipment at HQ PAA The scope includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and support for all LAN equipment to maintain optimal network performance. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. The contract duration is for one year, including warranty and performance periods. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA E-PAD System at http://vendors.epads.gov.pk before the closing date and time. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids should be complete and accompanied by the required bid security of PKR 579,061, which must be uploaded online and the original submitted at bid opening. The bid opening will be held on 15-09-2026 at 1100 hours at HQ PAA.
