Supply and Installation of Solar PV Systems and Procurement of Equipment for Food Godowns

Sealed bids are invited from eligible and reputed firms/suppliers registered with the relevant authorities for the Supply & Installation of Solar PV Systems and Allied Components and Procurement of Various Equipment for Standardization of Food Godowns of the Food Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the Financial Year 2026-27 in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Solar PV Systems - Allied Components - Various Equipment for Food Godowns The procurement will be conducted through the EPADS portal in accordance with applicable KPPRA Rules and Government instructions. Detailed specifications, bidding documents, terms & conditions, and evaluation criteria are available on the EPADS portal. A bid security of 2% of the total bid value in the prescribed form favoring Director Food, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is required. The original bid security must be submitted as specified in the bidding documents. The last date and time for submission of bids is 03rd September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. The Food Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA Rules. Conditional, incomplete, or non-responsive bids will be rejected.
