The works are to be carried out at multiple sites within Kalat, ensuring compliance with composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage basis. Bidders must have PEC registration, a Bachelor degree for engineers, and ISO certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 22000:2018. Firms must also have certification for Photo Voltaic Modules and registration under Category C-1 of AEDB Regulation 2021.
