Supply & Installation of Specialized Museum Showcases at Peshawar Museum

The Directorate General of Archaeology and Museum (DGoAM), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of specialized museum showcases at Peshawar Museum under the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor Project (KPEC). This procurement is funded by the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group and follows the Request for Bid (RFB) method as per World Bank Procurement Regulations. Items being procured: - Specialized Museum Showcases for Peshawar Museum The scope includes supply and installation of high-quality showcases designed to preserve and display museum artifacts effectively. The project is located at Peshawar Museum, requiring bidders to meet technical specifications and standards suitable for museum environments. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, possess relevant PEC categories, and demonstrate prior experience in similar museum or specialized display installations. A bid security of PKR 25 million in the form of an irrevocable bank guarantee or call deposit receipt is mandatory. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Senior Archaeological Engineer, Directorate General of Archaeology and Museum, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 during office hours 0900 to 1700. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 03, 2026, at 1100 hours at the same address. Bids must be delivered by or before 1400 hours on November 25, 2026. Electronic bids are not accepted. Late submissions will be rejected. For successful bidding, ensure all documents are complete and bid security is properly issued. Early submission is advised to avoid last-minute issues.
