Tender Description
Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from manufacturers or their authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of lab equipment and instruments on F.O.R. basis. Bidders must be registered with EPADS V2.0, relevant tax authorities, and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
Items being procured:
- Lab Equipment & Instruments: H-Type Electrochemical Cells
- Sealed Jacketed Flow Port Electrochemical Cells
- Electrochemical Polishing Kit
- Mass Flow Controllers
- Other related lab instruments
The technical scope includes supply and installation of advanced electrochemical lab equipment at GIKI, Swabi. The equipment must meet specified standards and be suitable for research and training purposes. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical specifications and provide training for lab personnel.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with EPADS V2.0 and FBR ATL. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and bid security/payment money as specified in EPADS V2.0 are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 before the closing date and time.
