Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Diagnostic Audiometry Machine, Audiometry Booth and Miscellaneous Medical Supplies

The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) Karachi invites bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Diagnostic Audiometry Machine, Audiometry Booth, and miscellaneous medical supplies for the Aeromedical Center. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is based in Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - Diagnostic Audiometry Machine (Qty: 1) - Audiometry Booth (Qty: 1) - Miscellaneous Medical Supplies on Quarterly Basis for a Period of 01 Year (Qty: 4 Quarters) The diagnostic audiometry machine must be a fully digital, computer-based clinical system with capabilities including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, bone conduction testing, free-field audiometry, and special audiometric tests. It must comply with IEC, ANSI, and ISO standards and include accessories such as supra-aural headphones, high-frequency headphones, insert earphones, bone vibrator, patient response switch, and software with user training. The audiometry booth must be sound-treated, meeting ANSI and ISO acoustic standards with certified acoustic attenuation, vibration isolation, LED lighting, ventilation, and emergency opening mechanisms. The booth dimensions must accommodate patient seating and audiometric testing equipment. Miscellaneous medical supplies include sugar strips, lancet prickers, urinalysis kits, surgical gloves, ECG gel and rolls, alcohol pads, face masks, disposable gloves, tongue depressors, tissue rolls and boxes, air fresheners, hand wash, adhesive tape, cotton rolls, BP cups and bulbs, first aid boxes, height and weight scales, blue curtains, bed sheets with pillow covers, BP apparatus stands, and couch steps. These supplies will be delivered quarterly for one year at fixed rates. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant experience supplying and installing at least three diagnostic audiometry systems or booths in the last five years, and provide financial soundness evidence with an average annual turnover of PKR 5 million. A mandatory site visit certificate is required. The bid security is PKR 400,000. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by August 7, 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted.
