Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 800A 3-Pole Bus Coupler at SBP BSC Muzaffarabad

The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an 800 Amp, 3-Pole Bus Coupler at its SBP BSC Bank Building located in Upper Chattar, Muzaffarabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is being conducted under the National Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 800A, 3 Pole Circuit Breaker (Terasaki S-800-NJ or approved equivalent) - Auxiliary Switch for 800 Amp (2C) - Shunt Trip for 800 Amp - Additional safeties conforming to IEC 60947-2 The scope includes complete supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the bus coupler as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer In-Charge. The site is located at SBP BSC (Bank) Building, Upper Chattar, Muzaffarabad. Bidders must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C6 or above with specialization EE-10 or EE-11(vi), be active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and demonstrate experience of at least two similar electrical works projects of minimum Rs. 1 million each in the last five years. Bid security is required in the form of a bid securing declaration. The contract duration is 90 days from commencement. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on November 2, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical bid will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. The performance guarantee required is 10% of the contract price in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, or demand draft.
