Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Elevator Control Cabinet for Doppler Lift at Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation Islamabad

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) Islamabad invites electronic bids/proposals under Single Stage One Envelope Method Rule 31(d) of PPRA Rules 2026 through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). This tender is for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an Elevator Control Cabinet for the Doppler Lift, a complete branded and integrated system of 18.5KW capacity. The scope includes the main PCB & control board, branded inverter unit, circuit breakers, contactors, control transformer, terminal blocks, inspection controls, wiring programming, and integration of the new control system with associated components. Full compatibility among the inverter, control card, encoder, geared motor, ARD, and elevator control components is required. Additionally, complete dismantling and removal of the existing obsolete control equipment will be done if required. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS V.2 by 22-10-2026 (Tuesday) by 11:00 a.m. Manual bids are not accepted. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after closing on the same day. A 2% bid security in the form of CDR or bank draft in favor of Controller (Procurement Cell) PBC Headquarters Islamabad is required. Tender fee of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) in the form of bank draft is also required. Bidders are required to visit the site at PBC NBH Islamabad before submission of bids.
