Sukkur IBA University invites bids for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and training of 10 KVA Solar Systems at its premises in Sukkur, Sindh. Items being procured: - Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 10 KVA Solar System at IBA Public School Ubauro - Solar Panels: Min 585-720Wp, N-Type TOPCon / HJT, Half-Cut Mono Technology, Tier-1, with 25 Years Product Warranty - Roof Mounted Structural Steel Mounting Structure, Hot-Dip Galvanized, designed for 120-150 km/h wind speed - 10 kW Hybrid Solar Inverter with advanced MPPT technology, multiple communication interfaces, 5 Years Warranty - 12V, 185Ah, 1250 Cycle Life Tall Tubular Batteries with complete wiring - Electrical wiring including 2 Core 6mm2 and 1 Core 6mm2 cables, DC and AC cables as per site conditions - Local fabricated DBs with DC Breakers, MCCB Type Change Over, AC Combiner Box, and associated accessories - Earthing cables and Lightning Protection System including ESE & Earth Electrodes - Miscellaneous items including inverter stands, cable trays, solar cleaning kit, and electrical conduit The technical scope covers the complete turnkey solution for a 10 KVA solar power system including high-efficiency solar panels, robust mounting structures, hybrid inverters capable of grid-tied and off-grid operation, tubular batteries, and all necessary electrical and safety components. Installation will be carried out as per engineer-approved specifications ensuring compliance with international standards and local conditions. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, authorized distributors, or dealers of the quoted products with at least three years of relevant experience. They must be registered with FBR/NTN and not blacklisted by any government or semi-government entity. Bid security of Rs 50,000 (2% of estimated cost) is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. The deadline for bid submission is **2026-10-08 23:59:59**.
