Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of DANFOSS Turbo Core Compressor and Upgradation of PABX System at SBP BSC Multan

State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation Engineering Unit Multan invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of the following projects at SBP BSC Multan. Items being procured: - Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of DANFOSS Turbo Core compressor for Magnetic Bearing Type Electrical Centrifugal HVAC Chiller - Upgradation and Replacement of the Existing HiPath 3550 PABX system with advanced and up to date PABX System The technical scope includes installation and commissioning of advanced HVAC chiller compressor and upgrading the telecommunication system to a modern PABX at the SBP BSC Multan premises. Bidders must comply with the Public Procurement Rules and submit bids through EPADS v2.0 portal. Earnest money in the form of bid security is required as per the amounts listed: Rs. 250,000 for the compressor work and Rs. 175,000 for the PABX system upgrade. The technical bid submission deadline is 10-Nov-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM and 11:45 AM respectively. Eligible bidders should be registered on EPADS and ensure timely submission of scanned bid security documents online, while the original bid security must be submitted physically to the Engineering Unit at State Bank of Pakistan, Pul Mouj Darya, LMQ Road, Multan before bid opening. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
