Procurement of Heat & Cool Inverter Air Conditioners for PSO Locations

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the procurement of Heat & Cool inverter Air Conditioners for its locations at PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi. This procurement includes supply of high-quality split air conditioners with advanced technical specifications and warranty coverage. Items being procured: - Air Conditioner Split 1 Ton, Quantity: 2 units - Air Conditioner Split 1.5 Ton, Quantity: 30 units - Air Conditioner Split 2 Ton, Quantity: 28 units The AC units must feature inner parts including air filter system, evaporator/cooling coil, swing motors, and LED display. Outer parts include condenser, compressor (rotary type), fan motor, fan blade, capillary, and outer body made of hard plastic (ABS) or metal. The units should have a BTU capacity of 12000 for 1 Ton, 18000 for 1.5 Ton, and 24000 for 2 Ton models. Refrigerant used must be R410A or R-32 with auto voltage adaptation from 150V to 260V and low voltage startup at 150V. Cooling and power input capacities are variable (high/steady/low). The color should be white or similar. Accessories include remote control and standard installation kit (10ft). Warranty terms cover compressor for more than 10 years, PCB board for more than 5 years, all functional parts for at least 5 years, and servicing and labor for at least 5 years. Delivery timeline is 60 days from the date of award. Bidders must provide OEM items only; ODM-manufactured products are not allowed. The job includes labor, transportation, and all material charges. All government taxes and GST are included in the rates. Payment will be made as per actual quantity of work done. Quality is paramount; only first-class approved quality material, workmanship, and supervision conforming to the PO specifications will be accepted. The contractor must follow PSO's safety and security rules and HSE guidelines. Earnest money and bid security details are as per PSO requirements. Bids will be evaluated with 70% weightage on technical evaluation score and 30% on commercial score. The final score will determine the award. The submission deadline is 04 November 2026.
