University of Engineering and Technology Mardan invites sealed bids through EPADS from reputed Contractors/Firms/Companies on single stage two envelope procedure registered with KPRA and PEC in relevant category with field of specialization (Who have renewed their registration for the current financial year), who are on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, for work as per following details. Items being procured: - Supply, Installation, Testing Commissioning and Training of 30 KW Hybrid Solar System for Malik Ahmad Khan Hostels at UET Mardan The technical scope includes supply and installation of a 30 KW hybrid solar system, testing and commissioning at the specified hostel site within UET Mardan. Training will also be provided for operation and maintenance. Bidders must ensure compliance with detailed terms and conditions available on the EPADS portal and the university website. Technical and financial bids should be submitted separately as per instructions, along with a bid security of 2% of the quoted amount in the form of bank draft/call deposit in favor of Treasurer, UET Mardan. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 6th November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the University Conference Room. Bids must be submitted before the closing date and time.
