Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Ultrasonic & Vessel Sealing System for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites eligible bidders to submit proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of an Ultrasonic & Vessel Sealing System (Package No. 26, Lot-B) for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research located in Lahore. Items being procured: - Ultrasonic & Vessel Sealing System (Package No. 26, Lot-B) This procurement involves the provision of advanced medical equipment designed for cancer treatment research and clinical use. The scope includes delivery on DDP basis, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with medical standards. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with all eligibility criteria including valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL compliance, and submission of earnest money amounting to PKR 825,000. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) method under Open Competitive Bidding. The deadline for submission of technical and financial proposals is 30th September 2026 by 02:30 PM via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM. Proposals submitted through any other mode will not be considered. If the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
