Tender Description
The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) in Topi, Swabi (KP) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure for the supply and installation of window curtains including all accessories. This tender is aimed at experienced and specialized curtain manufacturers and contractors who have proven expertise in manufacturing, stitching, supply, and installation of curtains. The bidders must have their own trained staff and workforce capable of stitching and on-site installation of curtains.

- Window Curtains including all accessories, Quantity: 530
The scope includes accurate measurement, curtain rod requirements, fixing arrangements, and other related items essential for installation. A site visit is mandatory to assess installation requirements properly. Tender documents and detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from the GIKI website (www.giki.edu.pk) or collected personally from the GIK Admin Block Room # F-12. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- is required. Bidders must submit sealed bids along with 2% earnest money of the total bid cost.
The bids must reach the undersigned office on or before 1100 Hours on September 4, 2026. Proposals will be opened at 1130 Hours on the same day in the presence of available bidders. The institute reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity or accept/reject any or all bids without assigning any reason or liability.
Interested bidders should ensure valid tax registration certificates and registration with relevant tax authorities. Capability and resources to complete the work within the stipulated timeframe are essential.
